Graduated from the Johns Hopkins Hospital School of Nursing in 1970, and completed a course in Advanced Health Assessment from the Johns Hopkins University School of Health Services in 1973.  Most of my nursing experience has been in adult medicine (both inpatient and outpatient) and adult medical ICU.  Most recently, before joining the Longbrake Student Wellness Center staff in 1998, I worked as a triage nurse in the adult medicine department at the Cleveland Clinic Wooster.  Besides patient care, my work at the Student Wellness Center includes creating the Health Promotion newsletters, educational handouts, and health related notification flyers along with preparing the information distributed at RA Orientation.

My special interest in working with the students at The College of Wooster continues to be LISTENING to them, and helping them to identify and determine their individual health needs.  I thoroughly enjoy working with our students, and feel privileged to be a part of their lives.
