Students laying out their educational plans at ARCH

2017 Summer ARCH

Academic Registration and Creative Horizons

The purpose of the Summer ARCH Program is to help you develop a thoughtful educational plan in conjunction with a faculty adviser.

All students as well as parents/guardians who may be attending with them must register by June 1 for the session they wish to attend. We encourage students to register early as sessions fill up quickly.

Student Registration -You must activate your Wooster email account before you will be able to register for ARCH. You will use the same username and password to log into ScotWeb to register as you use for campus email.

Parent/Guardian Registration - Please register each parent/guardian attending ARCH by June 1.

The process of selecting and registering for courses has been designed so that regardless of which Summer ARCH session you attend, you will have an equal opportunity to register for all classes.

  • Session 1: Monday/Tuesday June 19-20 - Session full, please choose a different date
  • Session 2: Thursday/Friday June 22-23
  • Session 3: Monday/Tuesday June 26-27- Session full, please choose a different date
  • Session 4: Thursday/Friday June 29-30
  • Session 5: Saturday/Sunday August 19-20 - for designated registrants only

Travel & Accommodations

There will be college transportation for travel to and from the airport - but you must complete the transportation request form by June 1. All students will stay on-campus for the ARCH program. The college does not provide lodging for parents, but we have suggested some great lodging options for your stay.

Some of your questions will be answered on our FAQ's page, but if you have any questions not covered here, please email ARCH or call our ARCH line at 330-287-3999. ARCH communications will be staffed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (EST).

We receive many good questions about ARCH each year and will respond as soon as possible. If you reach voicemail, please leave your name, contact information, when it is best to reach you, and a brief description of your question.
