Lodging
All students will stay on-campus for the ARCH program.
The college does not provide lodging for parents. Parents may choose to stay in any one of the other local lodging options, including bed-and-breakfasts and national chains.
Transportation
If you are flying to your ARCH session and would like a shuttle to pick you up and drop you off at the airport, please plan to fly into either Akron/Canton Regional Airport (CAK) or the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). Carry-on luggage only, please. Use the chart below to plan your trip. The trip to and from either airport is approximately one hour, therefore, book flights accordingly as we cannot accommodate outside of the scheduled time. Please contact us by June 1 with your flight information to reserve a space on the shuttle.

What if my flight is delayed?
Occasionally flights are delayed due to weather, etc. If you are utilizing The College of Wooster shuttle and your flight arrives after the shuttle has left to return to Wooster, it is your responsibility to obtain transportation to the College. Options include renting a car or taking a cab. The student is responsible for any expenses incurred using alternate transportation services. You will receive appropriate emergency information when you reserve your space on The College of Wooster shuttle by contacting us.
