Karen recently joined OICM as the campus minister for Newman Catholic Campus Ministry. She came to Wooster from Virginia, where she was previously a campus minister at the College of William and Mary. Karen earned her B.S. in Chemistry at William and Mary in 2005, and is currently working on her M.A. in Pastoral Ministries through Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. The pastoral research project that she is working on for her master's focuses on campus ministry service programs and how they connect the experience of doing service to building the kingdom of God. Karen enjoys hiking, canoeing, playing tennis, traveling, movies, and doing puzzles. Her favorite fun book is *Jane Eyre* and her favorite edifying book is *The Holy Longing*.
