Cell Phone Policy Changes

In order to meet IRS regulations regarding the taxation of personal cell phone benefits the College will no longer be providing cell phones to College employees. The College of Wooster will now provide a taxable cash allowance for cell phone service to employees whose duties and responsibilities require them to carry cell phones. For these employees, the appropriate Vice President may authorize a monthly cash allowance to support this requirement. Please visit the Cell Phone Policy page to read the policy and for more information. Please refer questions not answered by these documents to the help desk (it-request@wooster.edu).

Having issues logging into ScotMail or changing your password?

Make sure that you are entering your user name correctly - your user name is everything before the @ symbol in your email address.
If you cannot change your password, please call us at 330-287-3000 x4357 for a password reset. We'll walk you through creating a new password.

ScotMail does not load?

If you are using Windows Vista and you cannot get the ScotMail website to load, you need to enable SSL 2.0. To do so, go to the Start menu, Control Panel, Internet Options, Advanced tab, and scroll down to the bottom and look for "Use SSL 2.0." Make sure this box is checked. If you continue to have issues, please contact us for help.
