Getting Help: Copiers & Printers

The College of Wooster has contracted with MT Business Technologies, Inc. to provide Ricoh copiers on campus. These copiers bring a number of new services to our repertoire aswell as provide the opportunity to bring together the management of printing and copying functions.

These copy machines are digital, networked copier/printers that will handle paper up to and including 11x17 in all locations. By creating a document at your desk and printing to the copier using all the functions of a copier, you can now save time by just picking up your jobs rather than waiting at the copy machine. If you print to one of the four public printers (located in Andrews Library, Timken Science Library, Taylor 205, and the Wired Scot), you can also secure the job and release it when you get to the copy machine several hours after you have completed your work. Another bonus of networking the copiers is the ability to electronically send your job to any device on campus.

Copiers and printers are maintained through User Services as a one-stop shop for all your computer, printer and copier needs. If you have a problem, contact the department at x4524 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
