| Introduction |
The College leases Ricoh multi-function devices that provide both high-speed copying and laser-quality printing at a significantly lower cost per page than laser printers. All of these machines are linked to the campus network and many of the devices — in Andrews Library, Timken Science Library, Kauke second floor lounge, and The Wired Scot — are available for student copying. |
| How to swipe your card to make copies |
When the card swipe device is in the ready state, it will show you the date, time and “Swipe Card." With the magnetic stripe facing to the right and down into the machine, pass your ID from the top of the card swipe device to the bottom. This will allow the device to read your information. You will see your name appear on the screen and you are ready to make copies. NOTE: Staff, faculty, and some students will have to verify what "cost center" they would like to debit from. Press the Yes button to select a cost center and being copying. When you are finished, press the Exit button on the swipe device to end your session. |
