Getting Help: Telephone & Cable TV
Location: Morgan Hall
Telephone Coordinator: Natalie McCoy-Koss, ext. 2393
Telephone Service: Each Wooster student receives a Permanent Personal Extension (PPX) in the summer before their first year. That four-digit extension will remain with the student no matter where he or she lives on the campus through out their academic career as a current student. The PPX may be dialed direct from one campus extension to another. Off-campus callers dial 330-287-3000 and either enter the student's PPX or follow instructions to dial by name. Every PPX includes voice mail at no extra charge so answering machines are not necessary. Each residential room will have a telephone jack, students are to provide the telephone unit. Local phone service is free and long distance calls can be made via a calling card or cellular phone.
Cable TV Service: Each residential room is equipped with one cable jack which includes a cable package of approximately 66 free cable channels. Students are to provide the TV and the cable to connect to the cable jack.
