The Office of IT: Digital Infrastructure

The Department of Digital Infrastructure is responsible for just about everything behind the scenes, technologically speaking. The telephones (and cellphones) that you talk on, the voicemail system, and the wiring from you to the outside world. The coaxial cabling that allows you to watch cable TV in your room. The network jacks that you plug your computer into, the Cisco wireless access points that allow you to roam about the academic buildings, and the thousands of miles of network cabling connecting you to the Internet. And then there are the servers. All 80 of them...or so. Over sixteen terrabytes (or 16,000 gigabytes or approximately 24,615 650MB CDs) of network storage via Novell servers. The webserver and blogs. Email for over 3000 people. Email for everyone that has ever graduated from the College of Wooster. And the list goes on and on.

And it all happens because of the seven people listed below.
