PHP & Other Scripts

The new Web server will continue to support PHP. If you are maintaining a Web site that is a part of Wooster's main site (meaning any directory that is not a Personal Page), then you are allowed to use PHP. YOU MAY NOT USE PHP ON A PERSONAL PAGE. Each individual department or group that chooses to use PHP is responsible for any possible disruption to the Web server that may be caused by misuse of PHP. The use of other scripts (Perl or C++) must be approved by UseIT. It is recommended that if you require use of these scripts, that you contact IT-Request@wooster.edu.
