Campus Visit Coord., Admissions
Office: Gault Admissions Center 209
What really attracted me to Wooster is the diverse campus environment. I love that this campus encompasses students from all walks of life and that 99% of them live on campus during their educational journey. Living on campus gives students the opportunity to find their niche and really hone in on their studies with endless resources right at their fingertips.
Advice or Applicants
Really take the time to truly discover yourself as you prepare to enter this next phase in your life. Although the idea of ending one chapter in your life and beginning the next might be frightening and intimidating, don’t be afraid to take that leap. You can accomplish anything you set your mind to!
Favorite Wooster Tradition
I.S. Monday! Celebrating the culmination of the past four years of your educational exploration with fellow students, while being cheered on by Wooster faculty and staff. And of course, receiving a Tootsie Roll and an “I did It” button.
Favorite Place in Wooster
I really enjoy all the Main Street Wooster Events that take place in historic, downtown Wooster. There is really something for everybody, like performances by our very own College of Wooster Pipe Band and Highland Dancers, weekly Farmer’s Markets, Taste of Downtown Wooster, the annual Wooster Arts Jazz Fest, WoosterFest, Window Wonderland, and many other events. It is great to see community members of all ages and local businesses and organizations come together.
My grandfather began teaching me how to play the saxophone when I was 9 years old. Since then, I have taught myself how to play several other instruments including the flute, oboe, trumpet, and marching baritone.
