Every chartered student organization is required to manage and submit a roster each semester to Lowry Center & Student Activities (LCSA).  A roster is a list of active members for the organization. This is not the same thing as those who are interested in joining your organization. Each organization should maintain a roster separately from the one submitted to LCSA. It should be updated regularly with basic information like name, Wooster email, cell numbers, position, and when they joined the organization. Official rosters are submitted to LCSA electronically through a form.

The required form needs to be completed for each member of your organization. LCSA recommends one (1) Executive Board member be responsible for submitting your roster each semester. However, each individual member may also submit their own information.  All organizations are required to have a minimum of five (5) members to be considered to be in good standing. Rosters are due the 4th week of classes each semester.  Rosters are required in order to be eligible to request funds from the student activities fee.

Fall 2020 Roster Form

Complete the roster form for each member of your organization by Friday, 9/18/20 at noon EDT*.  If you are have any questions, please email studentactivities@wooster.edu.

* This is an extended deadline due to changes in the start of the Fall semester.

Spring 2021 Roster Form

Complete the roster form for each member of your organization by Friday, 2/05/21 at noon EST. If you are have any questions, please email studentactivities@wooster.edu.
