The Center for Entrepreneurship offers Professional Development Training programs for students from all majors. The programs are primarily offered during the fall and spring breaks, giving students the opportunity to develop critical skills that will prepare them for work in any professional setting. These programs connect students with local businesses and organizations with a focus on topics such as leadership, marketing, project management, business development, and opportunity assessment. During these intense sessions, students visit with leaders on site at their companies and organizations, tackle challenges faces in these settings, and develop team-working skills. While beneficial for future entrepreneurs, the Professional Training Programs are valuable for any student going to work in the private or public sector.
