Visiting Assistant Professor of Studio Art - 1-year

Department of Art and Art History at The College of Wooster seeks a one-year, full-time leave replacement for 2018-2019 academic year. A two-semester load consists of 5 regular courses and yearlong senior thesis advising, equivalent to the sixth course. The 5 courses will be chosen from the following: Introduction to Photography, Intermediate/Advanced Photography, Introduction to Digital Imaging, Introduction to Video. MFA required; teaching experience beyond graduate assistantship preferred and commitment to excellence in teaching is essential. The College of Wooster enrolls a diverse student body (20% domestic students of color and 11% international students).  We are especially interested in candidates who can demonstrate their experience in teaching or working with diverse student communities.
