Visiting Assistant Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology - 1 year

The College of Wooster is seeking a one-year visiting assistant professor in the program of biochemistry & molecular biology to being August 2018. Primary responsibilities include teaching introductory biology and upper-level courses in biochemistry and molecular biology and direct undergraduate research in the College's required Independent Study Program. Applicants should have a PhD; postdoctoral research and/or teaching experience preferred. The College of Wooster enrolls a diverse student body (20% domestic students of color and 11% international students); applicants should have experience with diverse student populations. Applicants should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, copies of unofficial undergraduate and graduate transcripts, statements of teaching philosophy and research interests, a diversity statement, and three reference letters through Interfolio.
