Quiet Hours

24-hour quiet hours are in effect from Tuesday, April 30th at 5 p.m. through Wednesday, May 8 at 10 a.m. to ensure a quiet study and sleeping environments for all residents. During 24-hour quiet hours, no noise should be heard outside of a resident’s room suite, or apartment. Residents should be considerate of neighbors and keep in mind any noise that may be created by disassembling bunked/lofted beds and packing/moving belongings. These actions are permitted under the provision that they are done quietly and do not cause a disruption to the community.

We ask students to contact any Residence Life staff member for assistance with quiet hours violations, which may be documented through an incident report. Additionally, if the resident violating this process has completed all final exams, they may be asked to leave the community.

Regular quiet hour policies resume on Wed., May 8 at 10 a.m.
