Office of Sexuality and Gender Inclusion
The Office for Sexuality and Gender Inclusion (OSGI) works with all members of the College community to ensure an inclusive and affirming living and learning environment for all gender identities, gender expressions, and sexual orientations.
OSGI hosts events and programs to encourage critical thinking about sexuality and gender. We provide support, training, outreach, and leadership development for all students, including those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, allies, (LGBTQIA+) and gender non-conforming (GNC).
We work closely with the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs (OMSA), the Office of International Student Affairs (OISA), and the Office of Interfaith Campus Ministries (OICM) to provide educational, social, cultural, and academic opportunities that address the ways in which sexuality and gender intersect with race, ethnicity, class, nationality, ability, and religious identifications.
We work to create a climate free of transphobia, cissexism, homophobia, heterosexism, misogyny, sexism, and other forms of sex- and gender-based bias and discrimination.
Stay tuned to hear more ways you can get involved and can help make our campus a safer and freer environment for all members of our community regardless of sexual orientation or gender identification, including Safe Zone Training!
